Thank you for you interest in allowing me to capture your family memories. Below are details about what to expect during your session.

Sessions can be taken in the comfort your home or on location at a outdoor area. For in home sessions; I bring the studio to you. I will need an open space of at least 4 feet wide by 4 feet long to accommodate my studio. However, I can work in smaller spaces.  I will supply two different backdrops, as well as a few small props for the children. For maternity session I will provide wraps in multiple colors. In home sessions are great for younger children, kids feel more comfortable in a home environment and are more trustworthy. In home sessions also help out you as a parent. You can get ready and get the kids ready with less stress and hassle. Outdoor on location session are equally as fun. I have a variety of locations that are perfect for photos. 

For Newborn Sessions, I like to use neutral and warm colors. I have a few props and wraps that I use for newborn sessions. I do however prefer to keep my newborn sessions minimal. I am happy to  include any props that you bring to the session or have at home. For newborn sessions, keep in mind that a well fed, warm, sleepy baby is best. I do realize that infants don't always cooperate, so if your baby doesn't sleep no worries-I'll capture the beauty in their eyes. Newborn sessions take longer to allow you newborn to eat and relax at his or her own pace.

A mini session or short story session is usually done at a location of my choosing. On special occasions and during Christmas I do offer in home mini session. Mini sessions are shorter versions of my standard sessions. Mini sessions usually have a particular theme, less digital photo's, last no longer then 45 minutes, and sometimes tell a short story. These sessions are great to capture your children's milestones, a quick family photo, or  when you don't need a full session.

What to wear. When taking photo's bright colors photograph best. Wear colors that compliment your skin tone. Also, you don't all have to match, but make sure not to clash. This color guide is a good start of what would look nice for family photo's.

Standard sessions will last 1-2 hours. 

Newborn Sessions will last 2-4 hours.
Mini sessions will last 20-45 minutes.
Please be ready at your requested appointment time. I will arrive 10 -15 minutes early to set up the studio in your home. If your session is on location, I will arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled session time.
